I think you need to remove hits from the equation(assuming you can get that elsewhere and it's such a tough prediction from mostly guys that haven't played an nhl game yet, not to mention, IMO being a subjective stat). I also think rating ceci in here is tough because of the position element.
Strome is a must here and it's not close IMO. The next 3 I would base on position need/gut/personal preference etc.
crouse I slot in behind them.
I love Rychel so I would probably rate him and zacha far behind strome but next with horvat in that mix

Strome In a class by himself. He's excellent and does all the little things write. True #1 center prospect on a squad that will have some talented wingers you might have heard of.
Rychel/Horvat (Coin-flip, I prefer Rychel a bit more)
Zacha (Will get chances, he is all the Devils have for the future)
Crouse (Most worried about his upside at the NHL level, never been a fan to be honest)
Ceci (Dion com to OTT will hurt)
