I think Dvorak is the better offensive player but Connor is better rounded. Both guys are excellent choices, try and get both if possible.
Who do you think has the higher upside? Who would you rather own in a dynasty league. Both a dominating there respective leagues right now.

Agree with G, +1
I think if you can only pick one, I would go with Dvorak. I think he has a slightly higher ceiling as far as point production, and his path to the National is more open than Connor's with Winnipeg's awesome depth. Dvorak could possibly be the #2 C in Arizona next year. With the success Domi and Duclair have had this year as youngsters I think Arizona will be inclined to give Dvorak a spot.
Pretty much this. The only thing I would add to what Gainerama said is that they are both prospects so you need to weigh safety vs ceiling. I think Connor is safer and dvorak has the higher ceiling, but theyre really close either way. If I had to pick one, I'd pick Connor. In that scenario, if both have relatively higher ceilings, I'll normally go with the safer pick
Kyle Connor is the better prospect IMO. But when you talk about wanting the biggest offensive upside it makes the decision abundantly clear for me. I completely disagree with those that say Dvorak's offensive upside is bigger. Connor's upside is very high and his first NCAA season has been a major success.
I cannot help but disagree with everyone's opinion here. Connor has the higher ceiling, upside and is the more talented player. Kyle Connor is having an outstanding rookie season in the NCAA, one for the ages.
Someone said Dvorak could be Arizona's #2 center next year and I couldn't disagree more. He'd have to beat Hanzal,Vermette and Strome for that. And he won't. Dvorak will probably have to spend a year in the AHL before sniffing any NHL action IMO. Not to take anything away from Dvorak but he's been playing with absolute stud in London. Domi,Marner,Tkachuk and I'm probably forgetting some.
I'd take his OHL production with a grain of salt.

These responses surprise me. I think both are great owns, but have to give the edge to Connor here by a strong margin.
I said its a possibility. Hanzal is injured all the time. Vermette is rapidly declining and might be done. Doan might be at the end of the line. Thats going to leave some open spots in the top 6. Maybe Dvorak plays wing for a year or two like a lot of guys do before they end up at C. Nobody is saying Connor isnt going to be really good. I think its a toss-up, but I am giving Dvorak the nod because I think he will be in the NHL sooner and has a much more open path to top 6 minutes. As I said in my first post, he should try to get both guys if he can. Prospects can be funny, neither of us knows for certain whats going to happen. Joseph F'n Blandisi is ripping it up while Ryan Strome can barely hang on to his NHL job.
Very surprised by the general agreement that Dvorak is a better offensive player. I think overall he'll be the better player but offense and fantasy-wise, Connor has scored at a rate that puts him into, and in some cases above, the company of: Toews, Gaudreau, Eichel, Larkin. NCAA is a hard league to score in especially for someone under 20. It's impressive but not rare for an overager to go 2 points per game in the OHL, especially when they have a supporting cast consisting of Marner, Tkachuk, and a couple other top prospects. Connor is lifting the production of his linemates (Compher and Motte who are both a couple years older and late round picks) and leading his whole team as a freshman.

it's always tough to compare when one player took the easier route by playing on a stacked junior team as opposed to playing against tougher competition in NCAA. It's pretty close so I'd go with the younger player in Connor.
Kyle Connor vote here too. Seems more like a top line talent while Dvorak seems more like a 2nd line talent, when it is all said and done.
