He just makes the game look so much harder than it is.
All the good players know how to slow the game down and make their line mates better... Yak is not one of those players.
Everything he does is rushed and, more often then not, it is totally unnecessary.
That being said, he still has the raw speed and release to be a complimentary 30 goal scorer with the right set-up man. I don't see him putting up more than 60-65 points in his prime though.

If it were a deep dynasty, I'd take a swing at him for next year, but in a keep 15 you can let him walk. You'd have too many guys in front of him on your roster to justify it.
Scary thing is, no matter how dumb he is on the ice, if he clicks with Connor he keeps winning himself contracts. 10 points in the first 11 games this year can't be forgotten too quickly.

Depends on the league format and how "low" you can buy. I could see him clicking with an elite passing centre but he needs help to create offence.

He was looking very good with McDavid before the injury. He isn't fully recovered from the injury, so I am not going to give final judgment on him right now. I'd take a chance on him in a deep keeper league, but I wouldn't pay a lot for him.
