Barrie for Nurse
Semi Keeper Salary cap league. I'm in 3rd, top 3 in the money I have a slim chance for 1st. I was offered his Barrie for my Nurse. Barrie is a RFA and Nurse has 2 years left on his entry contract. Points are goals=3, Assists=2, Plus/Minus= + or-1 and Penalty Minutes=.4
Would you take the deal or keep Nurse for the long Term?

There are factors at play here. Like, what is your salary structure like and can you afford to keep Barrie, or would keeping him hurt your team in other ways?
In a vacuum, I think Barrie is a 50-60 point threat with smallish PIM. It will be a while before Nurse is a 50 point D (if it ever happens) but he will get a bump in PIM. +/- will be wishy-while for each until their teams improve.
I'm a big Barrie guy, even though the Avs run hot / cold. He is one of the premier offensive D guys in the league.
