He is good. I would say he can be a good starter, he needs a chance though and he won't get that in Washington. If you have the room to hold on, spot start and wait for a trade grab him, otherwise leave him until he is on a new team or Holtby gets hurt

If you want to handcuff Holtby or you have a farm system that let's you stash him for a (possibly very long) while, it couldn't hurt.
Problem is, Holtby is an absolute HORSE that seems to get better as his workload increases, so unless Washington really has concerns about playoff durability or he does suffer an unlikely injury, Grubauer isn't likely to get much of a sniff regardless of his ability right now.
