In keeper leagues I generally go with upside, so Scheifele and Jones for me.

I prefer to see the teams before making a choice here. I like both sides but I normally prefer the side with two forwards, unless the team acquiring the D needs the D. It really comes down to team needs for me.

I don't see a clear winner or loser from the names involved so without all the details, I see this trade as a push.

Most cats don't give all the details either. Is FOW a cat? If so then I can see this trade leaning towards the Scheifele side.
