Was involved in a nasty collision with Klingberg in the crease. Really snapped his neck hard. He had just come on in relief of Niemi and just like that he was gone. No word yet on the exact injury, speculation is he was taken off the ice for concussion tests.

tough to say...Stars were already down 4-1 so, it might be a case of why risk further injury, or as the announcer said, it could just be the concussion protocol the league has in place.
