It will be interesting to see who the Jets recall. Hellebuyck hasn't put up many wins in the AHL this year (two wins in 10 starts) but at least his personal numbers have been solid ( 0.927 Sv% and 2.41 GAA.) and I've read he along with JC Lipton have been Manitoba's best players early on. The other option is Eric Comrie, who also has excellent personal numbers (0.937Sv% and 1.95 GAA) but has played in less games (4GP).
You have to assume it will be Hellebuyck.

Hellebuyck has been called up. Hutchison will get most of the starts and could possibly steal the #1 job from Pavelec while he recovers from his knee injury, best case for Hutchison owners.

Hellebuyck might be a golden boy, but he has not proven anything in the NHL. Pavelec staying healthy is bad, less starts for Hutchison. Maurice is a terrible goalie manager, he will play Pavelec regardless of results.

Agreed. I don't know why he gets a pass. This play was brutal, in my opinion. He was hit on the side, in a way that would direct him away from Pavelec, yet he made sure he fell forward, full speed into Pavs. I can't stand Doan, and I can't stand plays like this.
