Well, I'd start with not Jones...
I'd go yes Holtby...Detroit is having scoring issues, and apart from Price and maybe the King theres no goalie I'd prefer to start
Other two are a coin flip for me, having to pick I'd go Quick, mainly because the Sens > Yotes

In my opinion, the two best goalies on your list are Holtby and Rinne. Those would be my starts. It's rare that I don't roll my best players given the opportunity.
