Please Evaluate - Halak, McDonagh, Strom for Bishop, Lindholm, Neal
I'm considering a trade which is rooted (rightfully or not) for my desire to arguably upgrade Halak for Bishop. I see Bishop as less of an injury risk but I also have Vasilevskiy as a back-up. Both are on good teams. In order to make this happen, I have to provide the other GM (Ranger fan) with McDonagh. I think I might be able to get the following deal done.
My Halak, McDonagh, Strome for his Bishop, Lindholm, Neal
I am giving up potentially good +/- players but I am mitigating that by getting some back. My league counts the following scoring categories - G, A, PIM, +/-, Hits, Blks for skaters and Wins, Save %, and GAA for goalies.
Do you guys like one side of this deal better or is this pretty even and simply up to the preference of each GM?
