Is there anything more frustrating than Yahoo's new "Out" designation?! It's like they know they are screwing GM's out getting a replacement on purpose...

Absence of Couture is certainly not helping that 2nd line. Marleau's +/- for the past 2 games (-4 and -2) is killing me.

We're now in week six of the original four to six week timetable. If his return could coincide with Gallagher getting IR status that would great.
Not too informed with San Jose updates but RW said he'd been hitting the ice for practices in full gear, but the update doesn't sound too optimistic about a return this week or the next which is disappointing. Hopefully it's just a lack of information more than anything and he's still on track to return soon.

He's back practicing. Good sign.

San Jose Sharks center Logan Couture participated in a full practice on Friday for the first time since sustaining a fractured right fibula Oct. 15, according to CSN Bay Area.
Couture took part in practice for 40 minutes and wasn't on a specific line. He worked with development coach Mike Ricci prior to practice, testing out his ankle.
"[Couture] looked great," Sharks coach Pete DeBoer said. "Obviously it's a process, and we're just starting to ease him back in to the group with his fitness and everything else, but it was really nice to have him there and I think it's a lift for the guys."
Couture had surgery Oct. 17. The original time frame for his return was 4-6 weeks, according to the Sharks. He skated Nov. 21 before a game against the Pittsburgh Penguins in full gear for the first time since the injury.
"I was able to put my body in some different positions," Couture told the San Jose Mercury News after taking part in an optional skate Thursday. "I put more stress on the ankle area just to build up the confidence and make myself feel comfortable on the ice."
Couture has one assist in three games this season.
The Sharks host the Calgary Flames on Saturday at SAP Center (10 p.m. ET; CBC, CSN-CA).

I'm not sure who "the source" is here:
Bit of positive news for Bay Area sports fans, #SJSharks F Logan Couture's *scheduled* return is slated for Tuesday, per source.
