OK, these being your keepers your team looks solid especially your D and Goalies. Maybe grab some grit players late in the draft to help with Hit and Blk cats. but I don't see any weak areas.
My team and league settings are in my signature. What are my teams strengths and weaknesses? should i focus on drafting players to fill those needs or drafting for best value and trade for what i need during the season? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Not really any visible weakness's given your cat's, I would draft for best value.
Draft for value. You have a well balance team that should be very competitive.
The thing that stands out to me the most is no Crosby, Malkin, Ovechkin, etc. No mega-stars. I'd look to build up to go after some big pieces and to do that you should draft for value. Either those players will be involved in the blockbuster deal or they will be used to replace some of the guys you lose in the deal.
