Default Draft Sunday - Which Goalie?

Hey guys my draft is this Sunday for the league in my signature and I was hoping for some opinions on which goalie to target. After some trading/rebuilding last year, I have ended up with picks 1, 7, and 9 in the first round. Clearly McDavid is going first, but my question is of these goalies listed which one would you target at 7 and/or 9? The first 4 picks should go the same as the NHL Draft (McD, Eichel, Strome, Marner), so I really only have to worry about 2 picks prior to mine, both are owned by the same GM, and I'm assuming he'll go goalie with one of them. Thanks for the Advice.

I would be looking at Anderson, Talbot, or Jones. Anderson if you think you can win now, Talbot or Jones if you think you are a couple years away.

It's a keep 10, but you only have 9 keepers? Is one missing?

You're team looks really young, it doesn't appear like it's competitive in the short-term to me. If that's the case, I'd probably roll the dice on one of Talbot or Jones and hope that you end up with a starting keeper that somewhat fits the age of your team. Just curious - do you have the option to go after prospect goalies? That could be a route worth exploring given the age of your team.

10F/4D/3G - that's one of the strangest league settings I've ever seen.

I'd go with Anderson and flip him at the deadline if your team is not in a competitive spot.

We are moving to 10 keepers after this upcoming season. Also we start 4C, 3RW, 3LW, and 4D, but we also have 4 bench spots so more than likely 14F, 4D, and 3G. Yeah my team is not competitive as I'm in year 2 of my 3 year rebuild. I finished last last season and am focusing on building up a great core of 10 young keepers. My inclination was to lean towards Talbot or Jones also, but just wanted to get some opinions. Thanks for the responses. REP to all

    Talbot.

The Oilers look to be creating something real good there and I would want a piece of that.

If you go for Talbot or Jones with a high pick, I'd also consider a late round flyer on Stalock or Nilsson. Chance to hndcuff this season, and the goalie situation in both SJ and EDm is uncertain to say the least.

Would draft both Talbot and Jones if available as you are rebuilding, doubles your chances of hitting a future home run.

Just wanted to give you guys a heads up. At the draft I was able to land Talbot at 7 and Anderson at 9.

Like I said, you should be able to flip Anderson at the deadline if you're out of it and want to land some younger assets.
