So glad we get back to meaningful hockey now. After being stuck at the middle of the pack since the end of October, I managed to start closing the gap on The Four Horsemen who have been running away with this league. When your 1st and 3rd round picks were Crosby and Voracek, a mid-season awakening is bound to lead to a little boost. I'm coming for you guys!

You could very possibly join us.
Your offense is excellent... just have three peripheral categories that you could EASILY make up ground on (PIM=2, FOW=2, HIT=2)... all you need is a couple face-off guys and a dedicated PIM/HIT guys.

Now... if only there is a team with some PIM/HIT/FOW to spare... hmmm... thinking... thinking...

I'm mostly surprised that the Nightmare of Helm St made a move to tweak his team.
(Good guy, but) That team is about to set an all-time record for RHRS futility.
31.5pts in standings works out to about 2.5pts per category.

Well, maybe Team Helm can catch shoeless' team in W (35 vs. 39) and SV (1978 vs. 2159)...

Speaking of this Yahoo league - and others:

horrorfan/BN - have you noticed the last day of season is still written in Yahoo! leagues as Apr.9th (Saturday). This is now incorrect..
The NHL has scheduled games to Apr.10th (Sunday) - but those can't even be viewed in the OPPONENTS tab for players... stops at Apr.9.
You may want to touch base with them and make sure they open schedule up Apr.10th.

[I give them a FAIL for not doing that with their GP overhaul.]

Great battle at the top!
It's crazy that 106.5pts won this league last year (mind you, we added "P", but that's only +12pts more).
Significantly greater gaps this year: 1/2.... 3/4... 5/6.... 7-11... 12.

Yep it is a great battle. Had a good stretch of games recently to increase my lead, only for my goalies to bring me back. Message to my Flames, if you want to be crap, be crap. Don't go from losing to Buffalo to beating Pittsburgh, while I have Fleury in nets. Sheesh, they're so selfish!

A month to go - still a lot to happen and hope I can stay right there until the end.

I echo that.
I had to trade for Ramo early in the season in DobberPRO... then saw him go on a good stretch, so I drop Hiller... only to have Hiller get a SO in first game back and win some starts back..
So I have to overbid on Hiller to get the CGY tandem back... then down goes Ramo for the season... up comes Ortio... and steals all the starts.
Shaking head. Effin Flames.
And then they do this... Hiller vs. BUF... gives up five goals... and then they play a gem vs. PIT.
