When people say teams got a STEAL in the draft because they ended up with some player who slipped from his projected central scouting/ISS ranking...

I mean look at articles where it says which teams "won" the draft. It's mostly guys who slip and are immediately called "steals". See it every single year and it is maddening.

People who choose to use speakerphone while on their cell phones. Seems to be some new trend where they hold the phone like it's a microphone while letting everyone around hear the person on the other end squawking away. Since when was it uncool to put the phone to your ear???

Haha, this is sooo true! I have no idea what added value the user gains from this... As annoying as it is though, it can sometimes lead to funny incidents.

I was at the grocery the other day and some man was talking to his wife while he was in the aisles and the conversation was your typical ''get this here, get this brand, blah blah blah...''
At this point, both of us are in the cereal aisle, and I have my back turned to the man while he's searching for a specific jam. His wife was probably just waiting for him to confirm the selection because she was not talking in the background. All of a sudden, you can hear alot of commotion in the background and she just starts cursing her brains out (I assumed something fell and it was either her pet or child that dropped it); throwing F-bombs left and right. The man quickly brought the phone up to his chest and tried to cover the speaker as it took him a good 15 seconds to find the ''remove speaker function'' on his phone. I think it's safe to say that he will think twice next time he wants to use that feature around random people!

People who do not know the dimensions of their own vehicle and/or are far too small to be driving their SUV/pick-up. If your chest is two inches from your steering wheel and you need a phone book to see over the dashboard buy a Corolla.

Ya I know, it just makes no sense unless you have hearing aids or something. I was once told that holding a phone too close could create an echo and/or discomfort of some sorts.

Needless to say, my guy had no such device

This one annoys me every day. I live semi close to Lakeshore. If anyone doesn’t know that area it’s a long road stretching about 100km into Toronto from the west on Lake Ontario. In the city I’m in, there’s multi-million dollar homes on that road. Freaking mansions. 99% of the wives that live there are like 5’0” small blondes who decided they needed an Escalade to do their chores and drive everywhere in it. Except practice makes permanent, not perfect, and these bozos drive like idiots. Hoping curbs, parking on the line in parking spots, swaying into your lane when driving, and just completely oblivious drivers.

I’ve heard the argument they like the safety in the winter with the big SUVs. Honey, if you don’t feel safe driving a Corolla in the winter, you shouldn’t be driving at all.

Or just put peanut butter in a shallow, flat container like spreadable butter. I think Jiffy sells one of their flavors in a container like this.

People that park in their driveway blocking the sidewalk. For people with strollers or small kids on their bike, this is an inconvenience. I understand if you're having a party or something but a lot of people park just park at the end of their driveway.

LOL! I actually like that word and use it a lot. One of my favorite sayings to guys who work under me is:

"I'd rather be pro-active than reactive."

I guess if I was one of those guys that worked UNDER you , that would be one of those things that irked me!!
