Dubnyk or Bishop for round 2
Hi guys,
I have Dubnyk and Bishop but can play only one for the whole second round. I think both MIN and TB will be out in 6 so I just don't know which one has the better odds. We get 2 pts a win, plus 1 pt if a SO, plus any goal/assist he may have. (Last night I got 4 pts with Bishop, for a SO win with an assist.) No other stats.
I'm guessing Bishop as MTL has less scoring than CHI and maybe Bishop could steal a SO at some point.
Who would you choose?

Tough call because I think both will win their series but both series could go either way.
I would probably go with Bishop because Montreal doesn't have the same depth of scoring as Minny will face in Chicago. It's a weird way of looking at it, but its my train of thought here.

Before the playoffs started, I had Minny and Tampa facing each other in the Final, and I sticking to that prediction.
Obviously I think both will win, but if I had to pick only one, it would be Tampa, who was 5-0 against Montreal in the regular season, FWIW.
Tampa struggled against Detroit, as I knew they would. No matter who they face in the East the rest of the way, they will be fine because whether it is Montreal this round or the Rangers the following round, Tampa's style of play matches up very well against those teams. Detroit did an amazing job of clogging the neutral zone and slowing down Tampa's speed and high-octane offense. Montreal will not be able to do that.

Another who thinks Minny and Tampa are gonna be the cup finalists. Also would play Bishop, because even though I think Minny will win Chicago is always scary.

I have both of these guys too and this was an easy decision for me.
Go with the guy you actually drafted and plays on the better team.

Wouldn't be a hard argument to make that Minny is a better team then Tampa. They definitely have been significantly better since the calender turned 2015.Originally Posted by Nikerato

Bishop for me. Even though I think MIN is more than capable of beating CHI, I'm not gonna bet on that when I could bet on a deep TB team beating a MTL team that has an anemic offence. Garrison is getting back in the swing of things, and that seemed to help as round 1 progressed. Gimme Bish.
