It's not, "not even close" to me, but I would stick with a Voracek.

I like Johnson but don't think he ever centres Stamkos which would take him to the same level of Voracek so as it stands if keep Giroux's running mate

To me Voracek is more likely to sustain a high scoring rate. Because the Flyers lack offensive depth he will be relied on to score more than Johnson in Tampa will be.
