I for one have changed my tune after seeing evidence of an almost identical scenario unfold in the NBA's lottery with the Cavs. Doesn't mean I'm not sick and effing tired of the same team getting another golden boy over and over again. But let's all be honest with ourselves here, if this had been happening to any other team all along fans in Edmonton would be feeling exactly what we feel. It's just part of being a fan. Oilers fans have every right to be elated, just like we have every right to grumble and grouse about your GD luck.

Bettman's shirt would be pulled over his head and Shanny would be just givin it to him. When I saw that Shanny was there, I knew that the draft was legit.
