Trade Offer - Voracek/Kessel for Perry/MaxPac

Hi all,

A Flyers fan wants Voracek in my league, I've been offered Perry and Pacioretty for my Voracek and Kessel.

This is a points only league that is heavy on goals (see sig) Would you go for this? Any counter ideas?

I'm currently a few points out of first and chasing.

I like this trade for you. Perry is a little under the radar this year because of his injury but his stats both on the goal front, and points front are very much elite. I also think Patches is under rated and close to wash with Kessel. I might ask for a + perhaps a pick for your side, and play up the fact that Kessel is a proven top 10 scorer in the midst of the ultimate buy low slump, and could be traded.

The Ducks only play 2 games per week during the last two weeks of the regular season. I'm not sure of your exact leagues setup, but that might be worth taking into consideration in a Perry deal.

That looks like a great trade, I would do it.

Voracek has been excellent but the majority of his points are Assists. With Perry and Pacioretty you are getting a couple snipers.

The way Toronto's been playing, it's hard to count on Kessel returning to his high scoring ways for the rest of the season. I would not give up Pacioretty or Perry for him, but there you go, take it and run.

If you're in a H2H league then the scheduling mentioned above should be considered.

I don't mind the deal for you but you defiantly need to get more for those 2 players.
You are selling Kessel awfully low though ..

The way Kessel & Leafs have been slumping... I'd prob take Perry/MaxPac in a one-year league for the LW flexibility, ANA off-nights, and general scoring.
Also, PHI is playing well of late with G/Voracek separated, which could be a hit on Voracek's ESP.

Perry/MaxPac for me for remainder of season: points-only.

There's definitely a consensus on Pacioretty/Perry side here! Kessels value is so low.
And Voracek played some pretty low minutes tonight vs Carolina. If Philly can make any sort of push for a playoff spot, Voracek will be pointing quite a bit.
