Mrazek without question
Mrazek's schedule for the upcoming 2-4 weeks (the duration of time in which he is the incumbent starter) isn't looking that easy. However, he does play for a very capable Red Wings team, and he has played decently in the games we've seen him start.
On the other hand, Dubnyk has been playing solid for one of the most porous teams in the league atm. Has been maintaining good individual numbers, especially when you compare his to Smith's. Will probably at the very least get a chance to duke it out with Kuemper for the starting G spot. I think most people are pretty surprised at how horrific the Wild have been, considering their top-end talent & overall depth at the skater positions. Perhaps this shift in goal-tending will lead them to burgeon into a team that can once again legitimately contend for playoffs?
Who would you rather have for the rest of the season?

Doobie was shit in edmonton, ok in arizona. Baby steps, maybe hell be great in minny.
Dubnyk has been mediocre everywhere he played. The only effect will be to enhance Kuemper, who will perform better under pressure.

Dubnyk was actually close to average for long stretches in Edmonton. He had seasons of .916, .914 and .921 before last years meltdown. This year he's posted a .916 while playing for the Coyotes.
If he can maintain a .916 for the Wild and their low SA/G he's looking at a GAA of 2.49.
A line of .916 and 2.49 while winning around 50% of his games would make a fine 2nd or 3rd goalie in most leagues.
I'd give the edge to Mrazek for the time that Howard is out but I'd be willing to take a flyer on Dubnky if you're looking for upside for the remainder of the season.

I guess I'm in the minority but I'd take Dubnyk (in a H2H league at least). I had Mrazek and dropped him for Dubnyk. With Howard only being out 2 to 4 weeks (part of that being the all star break) doesn't he just go back to being a fairly worthless back up? At least Dubnyk might have the chance at the starters job.
