Just a comment, you might want to actually outline what Kessel's contract actually is, and who might be willing to take it on (instead of forcing your more motivated readers to look it up for themselves). Your "obvious solution" isn't all that obvious.

If you're going to make a case, then make your case. Otherwise it's just pie-in-the-sky and not very interesting.

Also, why would you link to an article about NHL contracts that is a couple of years old and still references Louii Eriksson playing for the Stars?

I think the Leafs need to trade Phaneuf before the consider moving Kessel.
