Sorry but you don't give up a starting goalie for a back up goalie in a league with 35% goalie cats. Don't give a shit how much Nash is worth here, just not worth considering.

Selling low on Ovechkin, buying high on Nash, giving up a top goalie and having to drop someone. Easy rejection. No counter.

Ya, with Quick in there that offer isn't great.

I'd take a pass if you aren't getting a starting goalie in return as well. If Rask gets hurt, your team is in trouble.

Not much more to add then what's already been said, but definitely do not take this deal. I think at best the forwards are a wash, and you'd then be trading away one of the top goalies in the league for a backup.

my thoughts exactly. this manager needs a goalie and I want Nash. but both players for him seems way to much. Stastny altho could be interesting going forward even if he's been poo so far.

Gusty play by the other manager to try and get Ovie AND Quick from you. Walk away from this offer and start from scratch with a deal for Nash that does not include either Ovie or Quick.

Nash's value is through the roof now so you will be paying far more than you probably should. This is not the best time to go after Nash IMO, especially given the last offer. I think you need to be careful going after hot players. Was this offer out of the blue or had you contacted him about Nash before? If prior discussion, then he is in the driving seat and can ask for as much as he wants, and rightly so. In that case, I would sit tight.
