What are the odds that each of these guys will play in the NHL this season? Thanks.

I\'m going to say that there is a very good chance that these guys will play in the NHL this season.

CBJ has improved slightly in the off season. I don\' think they improved enough to not have room for Filatov in their top 6. He just need to prove himself at training camp.

Berglund will be in St. Louis this year barring a freak accident. If he isn\'t on the top line he\'ll be on the second.

That\'s pretty much how I read it, too. Berglund around 90% certain to be playing, and Filatov maybe 70%. Just curious how others see it. Thanks for your input.

i don\'t know if i\'d pencil in berglund on the first or second line just yet. he still would have to beat out oshie and andymac in camp, and neither of them are slouches. andymac had a rough start to the year last year, but proved that his prior season wasn\'t a fluke by going at almost a ppg clip once he joined the blues.

i could see berglund spending quite a bit of time in peoria this year, but i still like him a lot long term. i\'m one of those who likes him better than oshie in the long run, but not for next year.

as for filatov, i think you\'d have to wait until camp to see where he\'s going to play, but i think we have to take the post-draft hype-goggles off. he\'s good, real good, don\'t get me wrong, but i could see him spending a year in junior to dominate and get him used to the north american games. unlike previous young guys who\'ve made the jump as 17-18 year olds, filatov is quite a bit smaller than them.

but then again, people were saying the same thing about patty kane last year....

I agree with your percentages. Filitov would have to play junior if he is not in the NHL and I can\'t see Columbus sending him down there.
9 Team Salary Cap, Keeper League. 28 man roster, keep 21 each year.

Forwards: Crosby, Kane, Backstrom, Stamkos, Carter, Tavares, Benn, Spezza, Williams, Stepan, Little, Seguin, M Koivu

D-men: Carlson, Karlsson, Boyle, Corvo, Gunnarson, Del Zotto, Butler

No, that rule only applies to CHL players. Europeans who played in Europe when they got drafted can play in the AHL without restrictions.

Radulov going to the KHL.. this would seem to drop Filatov\'s value a bit.

    How so?

I don\'t see how it affeects Filatov at all. I\'ve never come across a Russian player more dedicated to play in the NHL.
