Re: Need advice for H2H league
General advice for H2H leagues; you don't necessarily need elite goaltending, as the variation from week-to-week is pretty high for most goalies. All you really need is competent goaltending in a league like yours. Obviously, given that your league is multi-category you want guys who provide contributions to a variety of categories, i.e. in your league, David Backes is probably worth a first round pick. You want to focus mostly on offensive categories from your Forwards, and try to draft Dmen who help out in PIM/Hits/Blks later in your draft. Needless to say, Shea Weber is going to be much better in your format than, say, Duncan Keith. Don't sleep on Dion Phaneuf, he's probably a top3-5 Dman in your setup.
As long as you can get two average starters who are going to get a majority of the workload, you're set in net. Try to get as many legit multi-cat forwards (Lucic, Perry, OV, Getzlaf, Backes, etc.) as you can, but don't sacrifice offense too much, as categories like Hits/Blks/PIM can be had in the late rounds of the draft on your blueline.
Good luck!
EDIT: If you do one thing and one thing only to prepare for multi-cat H2H; sign up for Fantasy Hockey Geek, create a custom league with your settings, and check out the player rankings. You'll be very glad you did.
ALSO, focus mostly on per-game production from players; don't worry as much about injury prone guys, as long as they're healthy during your H2H playoffs, you're fine.
