Goalies seem to be fairly valuable in your league (40% of categories).

Not knowing how many decent goalies will be available in redraft, I have to add in:

After that, I think I'd go with:

Jeff Carter -assuming he has wing elig.
Blake Wheeler


Eric Staal was close for the #8 position, but I just don't like the abdominal surgery, he's at easier to fill C, and I really don't think he does that much more than Wheeler who is at wing.

i traded quick for parise last year since we had no min goalie starts so goalies weren't really valuable. and then this year they decide to make it 3 min goalie starts since people benched their goalies a lot.

i had giroux/getz/mackinnon/parise/wheeler as my locks. so i had to pick 3 of: lehtonen/halak/carter/staal/rnh

i'll probably end up taking your advice and take both goalies and then take carter as he is wing eligible.

Giroux, Getzlaf, Staal, MacKinnon, Parise, Lehtonen and Halak are easy picks for me. The last spot is a real poser - Carter, Girodano and Wheeler hold similar values in FPG but I think Carter would be my choice as you are likely to be able to slot him in more often with his dual eligibility - more so because Getzlaf sees a lot of off night action so Carter's C comes into play in a bigger way.

In a 12-teamer I'm not certain that I NEED to keep two goalies so I might roll the dice and just keep Lehtonen. After that it's all forwards; Giroux, Getzlaf, Staal, Parise, MacKinnon, Carter and Wheeler.

You could talk me into Halak or even Giordano but I just don't want to kick out any of those forwards.
