I think Bozak would be at the top of my list.
team and League in Sig,
down to final 3 keepers in a keep 17
I have a trade on draft day that is bringing back to 2 keeper D men, so that is why I have 2 listed below.
Not sure about goaltending and a weak spot, so keeping 3
So here are the options for me with the final 3
Our pool is keep 17, but with each person we lose off our unprotected list, we can protect another.
help choose 3
Wisniewski
Edler
Campbell
Filppula
Bozak
Ribiero
Hanzal
B Schenn
Campbell
Ramo
I am leaning towards
Ribiero
Filppula
Campbell.
I like to think I am always going for the win? LOL
any Help would be appreciated. Rep to all.
Thanks

I think Bozak would be at the top of my list.
Bozak ( top center in Toronto playing with JVR and Kessel)
Wiz ( top D with Edler but prefer where CLB is going)
Filppula ( 2nd center behind Stamkos and maybe top PP unit )
since its a keeper I dont like Ribeiro age and I also think Filppula should get as many points as ribeiro and filpu is younger a lot

i'd go with edler, filppula and schenn. i think edler will bounce back this year. the canucks r gonna give him every chance to be a number 1 dman.
while i don't think filppula is the bolts' number 2 center for the future (namestnikov will take over that job at some point), he's still the best option they've got right now, and should play with killorn and callahan, and that should be a really good line.
schenn will be a top 6 forward for the flyers, which means he plays either with giroux and voracek, or with simmonds, so either way, he'll have a great shot at putting up points.
Interesting thoughts for sure so far.
Thanks for the insight.
looks like Flip and Bozak may be concensus?
I wasthinking Campbell, but his age is tough forsure.
Anyone else?
Thanks

I like the three you picked from the outset.
Filppula having had really solid production in two of the last three seasons skating on a potential juggernaut in Tampa.
I also like Ribeiro to bounce back after his marital issues derailed him last season. Ribeiro on a power play with Weber, Josi, and Neal is very appealing.
I could justify any of Campbell, Wisniewski, Bozak or Schenn for the final spot. I don't like that you've only got two D kept when you dress six so keeping a guy like Campbell is intriguing although the Panthers look to be miserable on offense once again. Maybe avoid trying to force your pick and grab Bozak as well here.
Bozak, Wiz and Campbell - that sets your D and you can just chase Forwards in the draft.

Thanks for the help guys, would love to say you made my choices easier? LOL
But that is what makes fantasy hockey interesting. So many different views and opinions.
Really appreciate the help. Thanks.
Guys who are worried about my D, as stated in the original post, I have a trade on draft day that another owner is protecting 2 Defencemen for me in Dobbers top 20. So defence will be fine, which will let me protect the extra forward.
Thanks
