Best 2014 option for this season

I don't see Bennett sticking around this year. With Monahan, Backlund, Stajan pretty well entrenched as their 1-2-3 down the middle, unless they want the kid playing 8-9 minutes a night on that 4th line, I think he will do better in another year of Jr. That or they plan on moving him to the wing. Then things could change for him but I am dubious that happens.

They may shift him to the wing to get the experience.

I don't think he'll stick around, but I don't think anyone figured Monahan would either.

Bennett will be back in the OHL this year and we will be seeing him on TSN around Christmas time, playing for team Canada..

Can't argue with that at all.

I just have this weird feeling that he might end up staying with the Flames.

I think that only Draisaitl will play more than 9 games this season.
