Why are there three different coloured jerseys on the ice? There's the white team, the black team, and one guy wearing a red jersey.

And yes, each team's top scorer gets to wear a distinguished colored jersey in the Swiss league. It's probably just to have one more sponsor paying to be shown on a certain jersey (top scorers jerseys have the same sponsor leaguewide while the teams have individual ones which ruines all the jerseys - but that's a different story...).
