I grew up middle class at best.. Had the envy/hate for the rich kids that daddy bought every thing for, and they were arrogant about their cash (it's apparently still there a bit.. )
So I was determined to have cash.. I studied hard, worked hard.. At 23 I started investing 15% of every paycheck.. Into mutual funds.. Just 5 of them... Found good ones.. Averaged a good 12% for the past 20 years and have been frugal. Life is good and will be awesome in 10 years when I retire on a golf course and play everyday and drive a golf cart home from the clubhouse bar.
