so there were a bunch of good guys selected, obviously none as good as weber. as well as a bunch of guys i have no idea who the hell they are.

nashville had a killer draft...suter at 7, klein at 37, weber at 49.

Crazy to think now that Weber was passed over by so many teams, including Nashville three times before selecting him 49th overall!!

That 2003 draft was legendary though, maybe the best draft ever, but I never looked at it from strictly a defenseman standpoint.
