Having a bunch of people over tonight. Started smoking ribs before I even had coffee.. I just had to share. Searing meat smells before most people are at work is something just beautiful. It was my idea of a day off and I don't regret it. I had to share.

I'm doing pork ribs with a creole rub and bourbon sauce. Also smoking some hot Italian sausages. It won't be as epic as my Canada Day BBQ (32 lbs of ribs, 12 sausages, 12 burgers) but it'll do. Early start was due to family things to handle this afternoon.

Amazing lol. Yesterday morning I was gardening in a beater and a fedora pulling out heads of garlic that had been growing since October. I am Italian but I swear I'm not 75 yrs old lol.

Hahaha there's these guys doing work on the balconies in the apt building behind my house. I'm sure they are losing it and I'm actually kinda surprised they haven't raided my backyard yet lol.

I just ran out of propane last night. Heading out later today to get refilled for the weekend. Rain today but will be cooking on my grill on the weekend for sure. Anytime I can cook on that bad boy I am good to go.
