Raffl for me. He could play anywhere from Giroux's line to the 4th line but for points only I like him more than Merrill and not really sure how long before Shinkaruk shows up.

Raffl has the best shot to post a some solid production for you next year. Merril hypothetically could but I'm not sure to the extent he'll be deployed next year. Shinkaruk has a high offensive potential but he's coming off of a rough year ended by a hip surgery that he's needed for the past 3 years. He almost made the Nucks out of camp last season so maybe he could get close again (Willie Desjardins coached Hunter in his rookie season in Medicine Hat *cough cough*).
I'm just talking hot air though. Raffl is the surest bet to get some points next season.
Raffl or Merrill are your real choices for next year so depending on whether you need a D or a F more you could take either, they'll probably put up the same amount of pts
Raffl if for next year. Shinkaruk *could* be the best point producer

Raffl if for next year. Shinkaruk *could* be the best point producer long term
I would probably go with Raffl.
Another vote for Raffl.
Out of those 3 Raffl represents the best chance at immediate production in my opinion.
I would keep Merrill. He will play with the Devils and could put up decent year. Solid long-term potential as well.
I don't see Raffl putting big points in Philly. I'd rather keep 15-30 point D-man over 20-30 point winger.
