Does anyone know of a website that will support a salary capped keeper league?
I would appreciate any help.

Fantrax was free until I got to the point where I said I wanted salaries. Then it said "that will be $79.99 please". I will probably just stick with setting it up every year for $20 at officepools.com

Yes. Even more that don't cost $87. See multiple $ is an indication of not just money, but a lot of money. As in pricey. Relatively speaking anyway.
