Looking to join a `new`league

Im interested in joining one more league this year- hopefully with fellow active and knowledgable owners.

- Looking for head to head preferably although open to roto.
- Looking for a no salary format.
- Looking for a league that is being newly drafted. There are a lot of great leagues out there with teams for sale- but Im very interested in drafting a team from scratch this year.
