Who do I keep in this limited keeper league?
Basically I am in a limited keeper league. The categories are as follows: G, A, P, +/-, PIM, (Hits+Blks), (PPP+SHP*2), (2*W+SHO), GAA, SV%
It's CBS so they have formulas for points.
I can keep 5 Forwards, 3 D Men, 1 Goalie, and 3 Players Born 1991 or later.
Roster Positions are 3C, 3LW, 3RW, 5D, 1 UTIL, 2G

So I was thinking about keeping my players as follows:
F: Tavares, Spezza, Hossa, Iginla, (Lupul or Stasny?)
D: Green, Wisniewski, Gudas
1991 or later: Hall, Duchene, Ekman-Larsson
G: Halak?
Normally Rinne would have been an easy pick, but with all these changes over the summer it's tough to decide. Also not too sure about Lupul. His LW position kind of helps since it's not exactly a deep position on CBS leagues. He can be great when he does play. This is also a weekly lineup, and he has burned me a couple of times with injuries. I'm also thinking about trying to trade for a better goalie for a team that might have two decent goalies, since they can only keep one. Thinking of using Stasny as someone to dangle. Or maybe offer him and Lupul for a better LW.

I would keep Stastney over Lupul - easier to redraft Lupul if you want.
i would keep Rinne over HalaK - LIKE your idea of looking for another goalie, or trade for an upgrade at forward or D.

Agree with petegreg here. Exactly my selections. I'm not nearly as high on Rinne as Savvy but he has to be your guy over halak I think. Both are injury concerns...rinne a little more serious but rinne has the higher upside.Originally Posted by petegreg21
