So with no trade your saying you would lose most of those guys anyways right?
If thats the case, just to keep Perry(and lose Iggy/Richards/Gio) than you made the right hard choice.
If it was a full keeper trade with just the offensive categories, its very lopsided not in your favour.

That's not a bad deal because every time one of Getzlaf or Perry gets a point, the other probably does also. Probably the 3 biggest names here are Perry, Parise and Yandle. I would hate to lose Yandle but Perry is an upgrade over Parise so you got the best player in this trade.

Pacioretty, Parise, Staal and Yandle are NOT in your 4 forward or 2 defense.

Agree with others.
If you can only keep 4F... and you need a 4th... then Perry is the best in this lot.
Also - if by chance you have "daily starts", then you are going to avoid a ton of conflicts with the ANA tandem!

We're in the offseason, so it doesn't matter who you move as long as you get the best roster going into your keeper protection deadline. Make the move for Perry.
