Walter - you need to consider giving full details about your league and team when you ask for advice. The way you post, we have to guess and that can lead to a mis-analysis. Who do you have to drop to accept this trade? Who is available in the draft? What does your team need? All reasonable questions when trying to give advice. As Doulos suggests, this looks awfully good for you - in most circumstances it would be hard to imagine a player with that pick that would produce the value of Stastny and Toffoli.
As to your statement, the title says it all - not even close, baby, not even close.

Thanks for the advice. I do sometimes wonder why my questions don't get the responce that others do. I will up the info going forward. I pulled the trigger on the deal and have no regrets. Thanks!
