League in sig, I have an offer to trade down for the 2014 draft.
4th overall and a 6th rounder for the 6th overall and Rasmus Ristolainen.
Seems like a good deal, just hoping for some extra input. I'll be dropping from Dal Colle to Ehlers or Nylander which sucks since MDC should play with Tavares eventually. But I've been saying all along there's not a big difference between the top 6 or so forwards in this draft.... Does where they ended up make that much of a difference?

I would jump on that. This is helpful for me as well as another GM just asked me if I would consider trading down from #2 overall to #4 overall (I also have picks #1, 5 and 7) and this gives me a little more perspective on the type of return I should be looking for to make such a move.

Yea, agreed. Jump all over that deal IMO. Get a solid prospect in Ristolainen and still get a solid asset at 6th overall as well. Go for it!

CAn't go wrong either way, makes sense to pull the trigger on this one though unless you are really high on MDC, then keep the pick.

I would do it if you are a fan of Ristolainen.. I don't think you are losing much by moving from pick 4 to pick 6..
