    All excuses. Yakupov is responsible for Yakupov's play. He was horrifically bad for long stretches of time last season and looked nothing like his rookie year. He has management's support and if he has the talent then he will figure it out. I believe he will.

    The entire team is horrific. Belov defecting to the KHL saying "I won't play for that coach" is very telling. Look at Eakins and that incident with Hall and the damn water bottle. I'm sorry it's not Eakins job to be a father to grown men. His job is to get the most out of them on the ice and win not scold a guy that dropped a water bottle out of frustration and it happens to spray the ****** coach who flips out. Eakins is a 'BUSH LEAGUE' Coach and should go back to the minors if they will even take him back. There's an opening in Dallas.

    Sorry but he wasn't a 1st overall pick and he was only a 3rd line center because he was playing behind Crosby and Malkin.

    He's a 2nd line center now in Carolina.
