5. Bogosian
6. Boedker
7. Pietrangelo
8. Beach

I can imagine a handful of 2008 draftees going in the next few picks and then it\'ll become fairly spread out, mixing this year\'s guys with older ones.
I\'m going to be sneaky here and ask for some advice
My next pick is at #14 so there\'s one more until it\'s my turn again. I\'m going back and forth on who I should take. Luca Caputi, Brian Elliott or Andrej Sekera. I\'ve already taken the best LW in the draft and I have some good LWs on my team, so that speaks against Caputi. I would like to upgrade the Conklin slot among my goalies and Elliott would be nice to put there. I can keep Conklin (the plan is to trade him for a pick in next year\'s draft) and put Elliott on my farm until he\'s a viable fantasy option for the main roster. Sekera would be nice too, but I already have quite a few guys with good potential on D.
I don\'t have a 3rd round pick, so my next pick will be #38. I guess there is a small chance Caputi and Sekera could still be around by then, but Elliott would most certainly be gone, so I\'m leaning more towards him right now. Who would you take?
I\'ll lean towards Elliott, away from Sekera, and far away from Caputi.
Elliott is ready for backup duty with ottawa. He was a monster in Binghamton, and while that doesn\'t always breed NHL success, he has the skillset to make gerber nervous. In fact, Gerber had better be working his regimen right now, because Elliott is an he has much better work ethic and determination. He\'s not lazy. He doesn\'t take games off. He knows that #1 spot isn\'t locked up, and knows he can squeeze in there if he plays good enough.
Sekera is going to do serious offensive damage in the 2nd half of this upcoming season. He\'ll steal the PP spot away from Paetsch, and unless some UFA comes in(unlikely) he\'ll be the guy. Of course, in Buffalo, that\'s not saying a whole hell of a lot, but he has high upside and high work ethic and skillset.
Caputi...I haven\'t seen as much of, honestly. I\'ve seen enough to know he\'s a good winger prospect, but his value is there because he\'s in the penguins system. Fact is, he\'s overrated because of it, and he won\'t end up as anything more efficient than Malone. He\'ll never be a top line guy. A solid 2nd liner.
Sekera meanwhile can be a #1 PPQB guy who\'s defensively aware enough to be a top pairing.
Elliott can be a top 8 goalie.
Take the upside and the present status.
Elliott>Sekera>>Caputi.
