I like Schwartz more as a player but I'm slightly worried about how high his point total can go under Hitchcock.
Florida is likely to be significantly more free-wheeling which plays into Huberdeau's hand. Huberdeau will never touch Schwartz in +/- though - is this your sig league?
I think I'd lean towards Huberdeau in this one.

I think Schwartz may put up more points for the next couple years but I think Huberdeau will out produce him after that.

mark me down for Huberdeau too. Nobody to take his ice time is a major factor in my decision making
Consider Sim Hockey because guys who play shutdown minutes, deflect shots and clear creases build championships. Yet in fantasy they litter the unwanted UFA lists.
