Wow, he actually has a year left on his contract in Anaheim.........I guess if he's healthy he will be back.

I have heard the same.. might have been on HNIC but this is not one of those cases where no news is good news. Apparently this injury is not going well. He had wrist surgery before when he was with MTL and if this is a relapse, even 10 years later, I'd worry. He's no spring chicken. If I could cut bait and pick up another asset, I would.

Well this sucks. I was hoping he would come back at the end of this season, but the injury must be pretty bad...either that or he's setting up for a big Masterton trophy type comeback next year!

I was hoping he would be forgotten and I could get him with a last draft pick for a great sleeper... If anyone gets more info it would be great to hear.
