Crawford and who?
I own: Crawford, Halak, Hiller, Niemi, and Bernier.
I can only keep 2 of these goalie heading into next season, and the status of Halak, Hiller, and Niemi is quite uncertain, and probably won't be known until the entry draft or July 1st free agency period.
Prior to the San Jose collapse, I had it in my head that I would be keeping Craword + Niemi. Is my best option now to just bide my time and wait to see what ultimately transpires before making any moves?

If you have the option to wait, I'd be doing it no matter who I know is going where.
Obviously there's some questions about Niemi and his future in SJ (really, most players who don't have a NTC in SJ should be a bit worried right now) so patience would be the smart thing to do to see where he ends up.
Same can be said for guys like Hiller and Halak who are both UFAs at seasons end.

I'd take Bernier. Safest bet and he's on the rise.

Wait and see - if you have to decide soon then Bernier is your man. I would try and trade one or more of Halak / Hiller / Niemi and try to upgrade one of your other positions as they do have some value. No use wasting an asset if you can get something for them - even a better draft pick.

Agree. Somebody will jump at Niemi I think. Or even somebody who has awful goalies may like the prospect of a package deal of Niemi+Bernier

Crawford and Bernier/Niemi. Bernier is the better goalie but if Niemi stays put the Sharks are a much better team. I also like Halak for his cap hit is decent and the Isles are on the rise, but with their putrid luck, who knows. Bernier is likely the safest bet but NĦemi is the wildcard here depending on what the sharks do.
