I have had Ceci on my roster since his draft year, and think he will easily score 40+ in the next few years, especially since I see him playing opposite Erik Karlsson on Ottawa's power play. That has to translate into points, doesn't it???
I've seen a lot of hype on this guy... What do you believe is probable to see from him in a couple years or so in terms of G, A, PPP, hits, blocked shots, SOG...
Also, who would you compare him to in the NHL in terms of these numbers.
Thanks.

Bottleneckers (12/16 in 2022)

Top 9F, 4D & 1G . Keep 15, Max 23
F: J. Robertson, J. Hughes, Tavares, Lafreniere, Cozens, Newhook, Teravainen, Domi, R. Strome, Laine, Rossi, Raymond, Holtz, Perfetti
D: Bouchard, McAvoy, Morrissey, Heiskanen
G: Vasilevskiy
Him playing on the top PP in Ottawa is obviously the ideal situation....it looks like he could within the next couple years, just depends on his development plus the Sens going with two d-men on the PP instead of four forwards.
But if he could make a career being Karlsson's trigger man, it would be productive. Karlsson has a decent shot that he's good at getting on net, but he lacks the bomb that Ceci has. He won't have a ton of value from hits or blocks, but he won't be a drain either. He was right around 1 per game of each this season....that's probably about where he ends up long-term. He's not an overly physical player, but he has the size for it and that's something that's been mentioned he needs to work on.

Tobias Enstrom is a good comparable, stats-wise. In terms of Enstrom's good, healthy years, for G, A and PIM. Ceci better for hits.
