It looks like ill be keeping the top 5 in the list, just wondering if Pacioretty or Weber could fit in there. If so, who would they replace.

Nice group of potential keepers. I would also keep Rask, Tavares, Benn, Neal, and Mackinnon but I would look at trading anyone other than Rask and Tavares to try and upgrade to Crosby, Stamkos, etc.

I would keep Tavares, Benn, Neal, Patches and Mackinnon the point difference between rask and many goalies that people don't keep is not that big. Even weber would be a thought over patches just because he is near the top of dmen points.

with guys like Rask and Lundqvist for years up until this past season is it isn't about the difference but rather the consistency

it doesn't matter if they are the number 1 or if they only end up with 1 more point than the next guy what matters is that almost every season the other 3 in the top 5 are going to be different goalies but they will be there year after year

you are right perhaps Rask is only good for a couple more points but can you confidently pick what order the other goalies will finish in because it only matters that the guy right behind him only got 3 less points if you managed to draft that guy

I'll be keeping rask, as nearly all starting goalies are keepers in this league. Not keeping him would mean i would have to draft several backups and hope for starts.
I might try to get a few picks for pacioretty. It would suck to have to leave him to the draft for nothing.

You have the best lined up as keepers, I'd have to think that in a 20 team league there would be more tan a few GMs who could improve their squad with Patches or Weber and would make a fair deal to get them.

I think you have it listed perfectly. Pacioretty has a lot of hype surrounding him but I dont see him ever becoming a point/game player. and weber is easily replaceable and aging.

Hard to say without goalie cats, but Rassk is near the top of any goalie list, I assume.

But yeah... your top five are good, and in a 20 team league, they're great.

I would definitely try to find a way to parlay Patches, Weber and probably Benn into Crosby/Stamkos/Ovi.

Goals and the associated cats are at a premium, which is why I would try trading Benn over Neal.

Id consider Weber over Neal just because I like to roll with a D, and I also dont like Neals injury history.

But thats a judgment call for you who are more familiar with the league.
