This isn't accusing the Bruins, because the Habs - and all NHL teams - do it, but how the hell do they not penalize teams for changing on an icing?
By the time they look up who was on the ice and figure it out, the line has already had a 3 minute break.
I'm pretty sure that is the definition of delay of game, and it's at a pretty critical point at that. I'd love to see a minor penalty given for changing on an icing and not correcting it immediately.
