Production wise, Ryan is the better bet here. However, if the GMs in your league are anything like the GMs in mine or anything like many of the posters on this forum, Kuz may have more trade value. So, another angle that which could be worth exploring would be to stick with Kuz and wait for him to have a hot stretch (hopefully near the start of the season, Hertl style) and then sell him to a GM as a future "80-85 guy with 90+ upside".
In other words, you may be able to use Kuz to land a player who is better than both he and Ryan. Something to consider.
