+/- Issues - Please help!! REP!

Hey boys,

It's been a while since I've posted last. I currently sit 2nd in my roto style league and have 1st within a few points. My team and league settings are down below in my SIG. ALSO, I've added pictures of my standings for more detail... my team is L2TG. I'm sitting in 2nd last for +/- and if I'm going to win this thing I need to upgrade in this department. Problem is aside from Yandle + Ehrhoff.. I think my team is fine for +/-. I have to stand PAT with Ehrhoff as he may get moved and Yandle produces offensively to well to let go of. What do I do?? I can try to acquire a stud +/- DMAN or a forward in replace of Vrbata.. I also have Miller who was just traded.. Maybe flip Miller + Ehrhoff for a Schneider + Bouwmeester + Pick. I don't know what to do but the +/- is killing me! I'm a -6 tonight alone FML

At this point just punt the category. At best you can move up two spots, and at worst you fall one spot in that category. I see an easier opportunity with assists, PPP and PPG

Also, with the team you have, you will probably gain one spot in +/- by end of season.

I feel like without +/- I won't make it... I see your point though. I really dont know who's upgradeable. I just talked with another GM to move Miller + Vrbata + Ehrhoff for Bernier + Marleau + Suter.. Thoughts?
