Well I dont think its any surprise that Cally is close to being moved. I dont see Slats as the type to say those types of things then back away from them (the whole sign or get traded rumors). I still say he gets moved but its going to be interesting to see where he ends up.

Oh kool, they're trading Cally for Ryan Malone, good deal. MSL would be just as good as Malone. Fingers crossed on Peaches and Herb. Any word from Esiason re: Simon and Garfunkel?

PS: In this case "hate" the messenger if Cally goes. Hey maybe they can trade Callahan for Moulson then trade Moulson and a bunch of other good stuff for Vanek <HUGE thumbs up> When did Garth Snow move into MSG. Better idea: trade Lundqvist for JSG or a beachball

I'd LOVE to see Cally in an Oilers uni, and I've been thinking we'd be great trade partners.....as much as I love Callahan though, Eberle would be a massive overpayment. If we're trading Ebs, we'd better be getting a top pairing Dman back. Perron's been fantastic here and brings something that we lack, I'm not sure the Oilers would trade him now.

Man, if we could somehow swindle the Rangers into taking Hemsky+ for Callahan, that would be so sweet. Hemsky's a former All-star so that would fit with the rumour
