Few question about Dobber Prospect Report

What does the (TY-##) mean? Along with the (LY-## or NR etc)

TY = This Year
LY = Last Year
NR = Not Rated

can someone tell me how to download the prospect report please? i clicked on downloads on the homepage and all i got was the dobberhockey header and the bottom half of the screen was white.

I had that problem as well. Confirm that the paypal e-mail address is the same as you typed in your profile. If it is still an issue, then I would let Dobber know. Send him an e-mail.
